A few days left, to discover the Web’s lost past

Over the almost now 3 weeks, Here East has been showcasing the work of Jim Boulton from Digital archaeology, who over many years has had a passion for recovering the web’s lost. When I spoke to him a few weeks back, when I asked him to flat out why he decided to run this exhibition & his answer was very enlightening cause he said that he had been to a video games exhibition a few years back & decided that he wanted to let people know about the web’s lost part & how people, to hold the web as dear to them as the Printing Press.

This exhibition runs until this Friday (Thursday late openings 8 pm), where you can discover so many of the web’s first, from the first modem, right through to the end of HTML 1.0. Check out the pictures below to see the experience you will have when you hopefully enter the #64bits festival at Here East, which the support of (Soul Labels)
